Tapping into Spring
Although we haven't quite reached the equinox just yet, we've set our clocks forward here in Oregon, and the crocus have already given way to hyacinth and daffodils. Spring isn't waiting for the calendar - she's sprung!
I absolutely love this time of year. Everything is full of potential and just bursting with life. It always seems to come as a surprise to me. I'm always at a place where I've resigned myself to winter, and to the northwestern cold and damp, and suddenly there's light! There's life in the trees and flowers, birds begin to sing, and I remember and appreciate how free and wild life really is.
Emerging in a New Way
Well here we are, like crocuses in the garden, just starting to peek our heads out above ground. Many of us have been cocooned, gestating, learning more about who we really are, and who we want to be in the world. Now there's an urge to open the door a crack and explore the world through this new lens.
Magical Living, Practically

Life gets magical.
Not necessarily Hogwarts-with-a-wand style magic (although I wouldn’t dare to rule it out), but that synchronistic, miraculous, beautiful, serendipitous kind.
Walking With the Moon
If you’re someone who notices that you’re sensitive to lunar energy, you may have experienced sleeplessness with the full moon, or get excited to see what a new moon will bring into play. You might be especially charged up around eclipses - or maybe overwhelmed and jangled with them.
Becoming Buoyant: A Place Beyond Healing
I was ready to live. To put down my sword and play instead. And then I learned to let myself rise, to float. To step into Who I Really Am. And then things got really fun.
