We’re all here to create, explore and remember Who We Really Are. No exceptions. All journeys, all expressions, all paths are valid, sacred, magnificent. I choose to see others through this lens. Trust isn’t always instant, but for me, starting here is key.

To me “healing” means “fixing,” and I see you as Whole in every moment, as you always have been. Instead of giving away your power to a circumstance or event, I say we integrate these uncomfortable experiences. We fold them into our Wholeness with compassion and awareness so we’re better able to receive their gifts without judgement.

Letting go of the need to control outcomes or strong-arm agendas. Leaving expectation at the roadside, cultivating curiosity and wonder in its place.

Sacred Mischief I call it. Levity is always my go-to for generating creativity and aligning in joy. It instantly raises vibration, and can shift perceptions rapidly, opening doors, creating solutions, and manifesting the miraculous.

Love that sees the magnificence in every person, every thing, every scenario. Love that accompanies the wonder of being a fully embodied slice of the divine during these wild and extraordinary times. Love IS our power!
